Charlotte has worked with HR, system support and process development since 1997 and Charlotte is professional, knowledgeable, analytical and business-minded. Charlotte works in assignments relating to strategies, needs assessments, procurement and implementation of system support within HR, Payroll and Outsourcing. She is also an advisor/coach in Digital HR transformation projects (mindset, process-, organization- and skills development). Charlotte participates in panel debates and roundtable discussions and leads seminars in HRIT / Digital HR.

Experience

Charlotte has alternated between leading and operational assignments in the HR area, where organizational and process development as well as strategic management have been common topics.
Her experience comes from roles such as HR Shared services manager, HRIT manager, HR manager and Project manager in industries, such as insurance, fashion, construction and contracting.
Charlotte also has several years of experience as a manager in HR/Payroll system companies and she has been an independent consultant within HRIT since 2017.

Education

Human Resource Management at Lund University with specialization in labour law and business administration. Courses in project management, change management, leadership and HR.
