Karin is a highly experienced program and project manager and specialises in HR, organ-isational development, organisational change management and strategy implementation.
More than 25 years of national and international experience with HR as well as organisa-tional development and implementation of change, both from the organisational and consulting world.
With experience from several both large and medium-sized international and national companies in various industries including; TDC, PwC Consulting, LEGO and Superfos, Karin is able to, with her understanding of business, translate what HR can provide for concrete, business-friendly, understandable and supportive initiatives. In addition to this, Karin has completed more than 100 projects within both organisational change and sys-tem implementation, throughout her professional life.
Karin has in her most recent years primarily worked with organisational development in regard to development and implementation of corporate strategies.
