Mats Sandequist has worked with ERP-systems and streamlining of business processes for almost 30 years. Mats main focus is within the areas of strategies, feasibility studies, procurement of ERP solutions as well as project management and implementation.
Experience
Mats has deep and long experience as a consultant but also from leading positions in different lines of business. Before Mats joined HerbertNathan & Co, Mats had different positions within Stena Line and Stena Rederi for about 13 years, mainly working with business development in the areas of Finance, HR and Business Intelligence. In the past Mats has also had positions as Project Manager at Volvo IT, Management Consultant at KPMG as well as Consultant and Project Manager at 2 different ERP suppliers. Mats has also had a position as a Business Controller at Ascom Tateco.
Education
Mats has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and also additional education and training within Project Management, Psychology, leadership and ITIL Foundation.
