Stefan is working as HR Consultant and has previous experience in HR, change management, business development, administration- & project management in the consulting role as well as HR Business Partner in various interim assignments. With his background in HR and genuine interest in Tech and digitization, he brings knowledge & experience of HR processes & flows and how to optimize them in the best possible way.
Experience
Stefan has worked as labour law advisor, CRM system specialist, HR Business Partner as well as project manager where he has managed pre-studies & implementations of HR systems as well as applicant tracking system (ATS), digital reference checking systems etcetera.
Stefan is also an ice hockey & soccer guy and therefore values cooperation, clear communication and the will to win highly.
Education
Stefan has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources at Uppsala University and has complemented with courses in e.g. economics, labor law and requirement management.
