Fredric has a solid experience in project management and has over the years been the project manager for several large and complex projects. With a strong base in project management and a true believe in change management secures the success of the project even when the decisions are tough. One of Fredric’s strengths is that he can quickly assess new situations and with a structured and engaging way of working establish ideal conditions for true change.

Fredric has over 15 years of collected experience as a management consultant and from working with operations development and change management. Over the years Fredric has acted in many different roles such as project manager, business analyst and requirements analyst. Prior experience is both from public and private sector.

Fredric holds a Master of Science in Business Administration & Economics from The Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
