Lina has a broad experience of working with applications and data related issues within HR, both in Sweden and globally. She is keen to contribute to long-term and sustainable solutions and finds her drive when learning about new ways of working as well as new tech.
Experience
Lina has eight years of experience within HRIT and People Analytics, where she has worked with system management, process development, data processing and analysis, amongst other things. In addition, she has been responsible for several needs analysis and group procurements of both applications and services.
As a previous professional soccer player, she values results, perseverance and collaboration.
Education
Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources at the University of Gothenburg. Courses in IT and programming.
