Olof has many years of broad experience in HR through responsibility for system implementations and improvements of HR processes in both Sweden and internationally. The projects extend over several areas such as HR reporting and analysis, organization and position planning, master data structure with related integration model as well as employee interviews and employee surveys.
Olof has +10 years of experience in HR and has previously been globally responsible for HR systems and processes in international contexts. He has experience from several different positions and assignments at group, global and local level and has gathered valuable experience and insight from all levels.
Olof also has a past as a professional elite athlete with national team merits that have created valuable qualities in teamwork, communication, stress resilience and determination.
Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University with specialization in Swedish labor law.
