Peter has a broad background of leading and participating in projects of varying nature, complexity, and size - from agile to traditional. He specializes in establishing, supporting, and running development and change projects, often with integrated systems, applications, and ERP systems as enablers. Peter is business-like and takes great responsibility for his assignments and is driven by ensuring that customer value, business value and expectations are delivered. Peter is positive, structured, and thorough with high motivation and drive.
Experience
Peter has over 20 years of experience as a consultant and in line positions and is used to navigating complex organizations and system landscapes. He has acted in many different roles, such as program or project manager, business developer, business analyst, business- and IT solution manager, Product manager and application consultant. Peter has participated in several national and international business system projects that include entire project cycles. In recent years, Peter has built up extensive experience in Banking & Insurance, but also has experience in the Retail, Telecom and Energy industries.
Education
Master of Business Administration with a focus on IT Management at Stockholm University & Gotland University, 1999. Peter also has education and certification such as agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, DevOps), project management and project methodology (PMI, Pejl, Prince), feasibility studies and requirements (process mapping, GAP analysis) and methods for implementing business systems (Oracle E-business Suite and others).
