Cornerstone utilizes a Software-as-a-Service pricing approach. Software fees are based on the software solutions purchased and the number of active users in the system. These fees encompass all services associated with licensing, maintenance, hosting, and upgrades. Fees are annual recurring fees under a three-year agreement. The software is leased under a duly executed license and services agreement for an initial fixed term of 36 months. Fees are due annually.
