Now that our employee satisfaction survey module is live, Verismo HR is fully developed when it comes to the modules. So our roadmap focuses on two areas: compliance with the upcoming reporting requests, such as CSRD and salary transparency and an updated user interface.
Emerging technology
We are exploring the usage of AI to support our users in the interpretation of the surveys results and as a supporting functionality in our report generator.

Pricing description
Our pricing model is simple and fair. The implementation fees are always a fixed price, the licensing fees are based on the number of active users and the module in use. The implementation costs also covers all required training, project management and customer support. The licensing fees include unlimited support for superusers. In some cases we have rebate over a certain number of users, the notice period is regulated in our standard agreement but can be adjusted if relevant per customer.
