At a very high level, the 2023 and 2024 roadmap is focused on furthering our investment in key strategic areas, with the most prevalent investment being in the User Experience. First, in 2022, major ground was made in terms of improving the ‘look-n-feel’ of Maconomy’s Web Client (previously referred to as iAccess). Along with this, the product development team is aiming for making the Work Space client 100 % web-based by 2024.
Emerging technology
The current offering comes standard with Intelligent Character Recognition, which is specifically utilized in the processing of Mobile Expenses, where a user can take a picture of an expense receipt and the expense registration will auto-complete based on the receipt detail. The offering also has approach Automation from two perspectives: Business Process Automation, which is the use of the Background Task framework and RPA where Deltek RPA partners have developed Bots using UiPath.
