Det är en helt webbaserad lösning som underlättar personaladministration för alla inom organisationen från övergripande ledningsgrupp till möjlighet att låta enskilda medarbetare underhålla valda uppgifter själv. I systemet kan du styra behörigheter, samla all personalinformation digitalt, signera dokument digitalt, skapa rutiner & påminnelser samt analysera HR-data. I systemet finns bl.a. stöd för anställningsprocessen, on- & offboardingprocesser, HR-blanketter, medarbetarsamtal, kartläggning av kompetenser, rehab, turordning enligt LAS, digital signering, lönerevision samt funktionalitet för visselblåsarlagen samt möjligheter till att bygga egna fält. Systemet går att anpassa utifrån flertalet språk.
