AI. We are actively looking into AI to initially leverage in our recruitment module. Our main priority is the security and compliance followed closely by the depth of knowledge. We are aiming for an extremely robust and safe service that keeps candidate data safe and leverage the amount of data in an easy to read format. This also includes capabilities to help the hiring team avoid unintentional bias by allowing participants to remove personal data about the candidates.
