AI agents: Joule AI agents will be deliverd in 2025 and will continue to be a core focus for innovation ongoing. Building upon our current roadmap of agents we will work across SAP and third-party platforms using Agent2Agent communication. Partnering with Perplexity AI will enable us to deliver trusted, context-rich answers drawn from both internal and external data. Our AI Agent Hub will allow customers to manage all agents optimized around their specific business needs.
