CatalystOne offers a cloud-based HR software suite built to streamline processes for medium and large organisations across the Nordics. It transforms HR from manual admin to a modern, strategic function. The suite includes two standalone products: CatalystOne HCM and CatalystOne Engage. CatalystOne HCM is a modular platform designed to fit any system landscape, connecting master data to a wide selection of modules and integrations. We work closely with our customers to build an HR setup that includes only what they need, whether that’s employee data analytics, absence, learning management, continuous performance, compensation, payroll, time, recruitment, or most other HR tasks. Engage is the latest addition to the CatalystOne suite. It offers pulse surveys and AI-powered insights to help our customers understand and support their people better.

Our HCM suite, Engage product, and modules are priced per user, per year. Our integration services are priced per year. All follow a standard annual payment model, billed in advance.
